The Testive website uses cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies. Cookies are small data files that are served by our platform and stored on your device. Our site uses cookies dropped by us or third parties for a variety of purposes including to operate and personalize the website. Data Collected

We use your personal information to provide you Testive services, communicate with you about the services or the Website, or provide services to partners which are clearly identified on the website.

We employ industry standard techniques to protect against unauthorized access of data about you that we store, including personal information.

Testive, Inc. is operated from the United States. If you are visiting the Website from outside the U.S., you agree to any processing of any personal information you provide us according to this policy.

Testive, Inc may contact you, by email or other means. For example, Testive may send you promotional emails relating to SAT Habit, other test prep products or other third parties Testive feels you would be interested in, or communicate with you about your use of any Testive websites. We may also use technology to alert us via email or other means when you interact with messages from us. If you do not want to receive email from Testive, please opt out of receiving emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of emails from us.

Sharing of Data

We only share your personal information with third parties in cases where the third party is clearly identified on our Sites. For example when registering for the Kaplan Turbo Test (http://kaplan.testive.com) your personal information is provided to Kaplan Test Prep, Inc. Consult the Kaplan privacy policy for details on their usage of your information. Aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Testive Websites and service. We currently use Google Analytics (traffic analysis, SEO optimization), Mailchimp (mailing list management), Kissmetrics (analytics), Optimizely (A/B Testing), and SendGrid (email management). - Google Analytics: anonymous (ad serving domains, browser type, demographics, language settings, page views, time/date), pseudonymous (IP address)
- Kissmetrics: anonymous (traffic sources, times of visit), and usernames for registered users
- Mailchimp: name and email for our subscription lists
- Send Grid: name and email of our registered users
- Optimizely: Anonymous
- AdRoll: IP address, cookie identifiers, website activity


We employ and contract with people and other entities that perform certain tasks on our behalf and who are under our control (our “Agents”). We may need to share personal information with our Agents in order to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our Agents do not have any right to use Personal Information or other information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. You hereby consent to our sharing of Personal Information with our Agents.

We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the transferred business assets. Moreover, if we, or substantially all of our assets, were acquired, or if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. Testive may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the new policy. A user is bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Services after such changes have been first posted.
